|Recommended: YesCustomer Service can be better — I love living in these apartments, but the customer service could be better. We sent an email with a problem in May to the manager, never received a response. 2 months later we followed up and apparently a response was sent to the leasing office email,not our email. I followed up with another inquiry, to which I never received a response 2 weeks later. The apartments are great, but customer service could be much better.

|Recommended: NoExcellent services in the building but apartments themselves are not nice. — The personnel and very friendly and very efficient. The lobby and hallways and kept nice and clean. The gym is OK. The communal areas are good and well serviced and maintained.
However the individual apartments are a problem. I hated living in my apartment. The HVAC units in the apartments are terrible. They blow either to hot or too cold and make a loud clicking noise every time they come on and off. Also, watch out for smokers on the balconies. I had a cigar smoker, and a pot smoker near me and the smell was pretty potent at times even with the windows closed . The carpets are very synthetic feeling and the floors under the carpets are uneven. There is no recycling on the floors so you have to take your recycling down to the loading dock bins which are usually overflowing and funky. None of these complaints would be too bad if one were paying 1000 per month but for 2000 per month this is not acceptable.
