|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Quincy Plaza is a great place to live. I've been here for over 5 years It's located in a great area, between the Ballston and VA Square metro stations. The staff is always friendly, professional, and courteous, especially the Front Desk. The common areas are kept very clean, and the maintenance crew is always timely. The apartments are well-insulated, so you don't hear your neighbors. You can hear into the hallways e.g., when a door slams , but it's overall a very quiet community. The only downside is guest parking, which isn't plentiful in this area. However, this is more of an Arlington County problem than a Quincy Plaza Dittmar problem. I highly recommend living at Quincy Plaza

|Recommended: YesNet positive with some minor issues — Overall, l have enjoyed my time at Quincy Plaza. The staff is friendly and the hallways and building are kept very clean. All the amenities in the apartment are modern and work well. The apartments are soundproof and I have not heard any noise from a neighbor's unit. It is a reasonably priced living option for the area and the only major complaint that I have pertains to the temperature control in the apartment. The two thermostats don't seem to control anything and very frequently, one of the rooms is 15 degrees warmer than the other, making both uncomfortable. We have had maintenance come and take a look, but they provided no help, leaving a note that both units were working fine. Sometimes, the temperature seems accurate, but it varies very frequently with little adjustment to the thermostats.

|Recommended: YesLove Living Here — I've lived here for a little over two years and I can't imagine finding a better place to live. The building is well light, clean, and the front desk staff is very friendly and always there to help.

|Recommended: YesSo far so good. — It is a good location to the bars and the metro. easy access to the main highways. Not very easy to meet your neighbors, no events put on by the building to encourage meeting of the neighbors.

|Recommended: YesOverall Great Place To Live — The building is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly, courteous,and attentive. Repairs are done very quickly. The community is ideal for working professionals in the Washington DC metro area. Easy and quick Access to TWO Metro Stations. Dining and shopping within walking distance.
