|Recommended: YesComfortable space within walking distance of stores and the Metro — The apartments are spacious with a nice balcony and good amenities. The location is perfect as grocery stores and restaurants are all walkable, as is the metro. The staff is friendly and helpful and there has been limited needs for maintenance within the apartment.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place to Live — The corner units have the best and biggest layouts, the view from the balcony is great, hardwood laminate is a nice touch, and the appliances are good quality. The close location to the metro is also awesome. Only cons would be the tight parking spaces and the loud neighbors upstairs, which is to be expected in an apartment. The front desk is mostly responsive, except at night, they don't pick up the phone at the desk. But overall I would definitely recommend someone to live here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Clean Apartments — The location is close to two metro stations, Clarendon, and many local shops and restaurants. The apartments are slightly larger and less-expensive than in other buildings. The amenities are nice. They have some updated apartments that I think are quite nice, but even the un-renovated units are adequate.
|Recommended: YesEasy to live — I've been a resident of Quincy Plaza since January 2016. I can tell that this is the very comfortable HOME I have ever lived before. I was able to choose a nice view double bedroom and I never be bored with the view of the sky from the window.

|Recommended: YesA great place to live - highly recommend — If you are looking for a place in Arlington Ballston area, I highly recommend Quincy Plaza. When I searched an apartment to stay, I contacted many in this area. Quincy Plaza was the quickest to respond, the most friendly, and offered the best deal. What impressed me most are the staffs. Abel and Chloe are wonderful, friendly, and very responsive. Kawsar at front desk is amazing. He greets you every time he sees you. When you go there to pick up delivered packages, he recognizes you and retrieves the packages for you even before you ask. I think he knows everyone living there. I also like the elevators. They are very fast and you don't need to wait long. The maintenance staffs are also very fast to get things done. Overall it was a great experience living there. It is sad that I had to move because of the work location change. I have moved to another apartment for a few weeks, and still miss Quincy Plaza. If I move back to this area, I will choose Quincy Plaza again.
